TradeHarvester specialises in delivering high quality, short term trading alerts to trading houses, arcades, brokerages and retail traders.
The alerts can be delivered with or without branding via email, text message or both.
The alerts can also be automated via a propriatary system to permit automatic execution directly onto the underlying exchange or onto CFD or Spread Betting accounts.
At present the system has been developed and optimised around the UK FTSE 100 constituents and we are currently beta testing a variant for the global indices as well as a VWAP and pairs system.
Our system analyses stocks from a number of different perspectives.
The system will generate an alert only when a stock and its current share price performance meet its strict criteria.
The criteria that it focuses on are firstly fundamentals and within this it looks at balance sheet strength, current cash flow, dividend yield and sustainability of the dividend. It examines the p/e ratio and compares it to the sector and the stock’s historical and estimated forward p/e ratio to ensure the stock sits close to an acceptable valuation.
If the stock passes the fundamental screen the system is then set to assess the potential impact of forthcoming company announcements whether they be company specific or sector specific.
In addition it looks for dates when competitors may be announcing. If the timescale to a major announcement is too short the system will reject a stock.
Finally, if the above conditions are met the system will then look to assess the historical share price chart performance looking at variables such as the standard deviation of the stock during a normal trading day and resistance levels as well as the overall performance of the market that day and how the stock is behaving.
If, and only if, these conditions are met the system will generate an alert.
The moment an alert is created it is texted to our clients so that they may execute the trade, if they wish to do so.
